All refund requests should be made within 3 days of placing your order and not more than 45 days of the dispatch of the 1st set of medicines

All risk of loss and title are assumed by the client when we discharge the orders to the forwarding or Courier Company. Homeoconsult R&D does not take responsibility in the event the medicine package is held by your countries customs or postal authorities. No refund can be given for the medicines which have been dispatched |

Refunds will be made in INR or US$, whichever suitable at the time of refund |

Refunds to clients in Region 1&2 will be made by directly crediting their card or account used to make the payment. Region 3 clients will receive a refund either by directly crediting their card / account or by a check |

Dispatch schedule vary and is dependant on many variables such as day and date of receiving your questionnaire, whether all necessary clarification has been replied to etc. We therefore cannot guarantee a precise date and time of dispatch. Usually, medicines are couriered or mailed to your requested postal address within 72 hours or three working days of receiving your submitted questionnaire |

Any charges levied by the refunding bank or processing company will be borne by the client |
